When booking your appointment, please add “Nail Art” to your service and give us a call immediately to ensure we add extra time to accommodate your request. Or, give us a call to book your appointment and nail art at the same time.
No. Countless studies have shown just how dangerous acrylic nails are for both the health of our clients as well as our nail technicians. The Nest is committed to providing a safe and sanitary atmosphere and acrylic nails will never be a part of what we do.
If you have any polish on from another nail salon you must have it removed prior to your appointment. The Nest Nail Spa is a natural nail salon and does not have the drills or harsh chemical removers necessary to remove gels, dips, or polishes from other salons. Please contact us with any questions prior to booking.
Please let us know if you have any allergies prior to your appointment and we will do our best to accommodate you. We also offer unscented products upon request.
Yes! The Nest offers sparkling and still water, wine, hard seltzers, and coffee. We have a liquor license and offer alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for purchase during your service. We also have a water fountain where you may fill up your own reusable bottles. Outside alcoholic beverages are not allowed.
Yes! Look for “NestGuest” and we’ll provide you with the password during your appointment.
Nail appointments can range from 30 to 90+ minutes, depending on the service and add-ons chosen. Please arrive a few minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to park, check-in, wash your hands, and select your color(s). Late arrivals are subject to a downgrade or cancellation of your service(s).
While we do our best to accommodate extra drying time after your service, please note that we have limited resources, especially during peak business hours. Our staff may ask you to move from the manicure station or pedicure chair to allow time to clean and sanitize prior to the next appointment. We have additional seating areas where you may sit and dry, if needed.
We do our best to make sure your group is seated together, however, if you booked under different names, please contact us and let us know so we can seat your group together, if possible.
After booking your appointment, you’ll receive a confirmation email or text. Please be sure to double-check your confirmation to ensure you are booked for the correct spa location, date, time, service type, polish type, and nail artist. If something isn’t correct or you didn’t receive a confirmation message, please contact us immediately by calling 720.524.4046.
To ensure we respect the valuable time of our clients and staff, we require at least 24 hours notice to cancel any single service. Regretfully, cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service time and no-shows will be charged 50% of the total service fee.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you are considered a no-show. At the discretion of management, late arrivals may be subjected to a downgrade of the service performed.
